We also use technology and service providers that may process or store personal information outside Australia. The countries involved may vary depending on the provider and service used. If we are unable to provide access or make a correction, we will explain the reason where required by law and tell you about available complaint options.
11. Anonymous or pseudonymous enquiries
Where practicable, you may make a general enquiry without identifying yourself or by using a pseudonym. However, we may need to identify you where it is reasonably necessary to process or deliver an order, provide account-specific customer service, handle a return or refund, investigate a complaint, protect against fraud or comply with legal obligations.
12. Privacy complaints
If you have a concern or complaint about how we have handled your personal information, please contact us at customerservice@haakaa.co.nz and provide enough information for us to understand and investigate your concern.
