Instructions:

1. Wash your hands thoroughly before handling the hydrogel pad.
2. Remove the hydrogel pad from its individual wrapper and peel off the plastic liner.
3. Gently place the gel side of the pad directly on your nipple, ensuring proper coverage.
4. Before breastfeeding, remove the pad and place it on a clean, dry surface.
5. Wash your nipple with warm water and gently pat it dry.
6. Begin breastfeeding as usual.

Do not attempt to use water, soap, or detergent to clean hydrogel pads as they are not washable. Store pads in a cool, dry place, or refrigerate for enhanced cooling relief. Dispose of responsibly after use.
