Quick sizing is possible by placing your nipple inside the holes, ranging from 10–30 mm in 1 mm increments, or use the larger edge scale 0–160 mm for straight measuring – it’s even perfect for measuring day-to-day objects!

What’s more, this ruler is reversible for if you prefer to measure in inches, keeping it ultra-versatile.

Made from silky-soft, skin-friendly silicone, it features rounded edges to prevent irritation.

How to Measure

1. We recommend measuring when the nipple is soft (i.e., not erect). Do NOT include the areola part.

2. Using the edge scale:
Straighten the ruler then place under your nipple to accurately determine your sizing.

3. Using the sizing hole:
Place each nipple into the holes one by one, ensuring a comfortable fit. The hole should surround your nipple without pinching, nor should there be excess space. Your areola should not be showing.

Find the Perfect Fit

Too Small
The flange may press tightly against your skin, causing friction or discomfort.

Correct Fit
Fits comfortably with 1–4 mm of space between the nipple and the sides of the flange.

Too Large
A loose fit means your areola may be pulled into the flange during use.

Wash before each use.

Hand wash this product in warm, soapy water, then rinse and dry thoroughly.

To sterilise, use a steam steriliser or boil in water for 2–3 minutes.

Only soft bristle brushes or soft sponges should be used to clean this product, as hard scourers may scratch the surface.

Do not use bleach-based agents to clean this product.

Store product in a cool, dry place and avoid direct sunlight.
